On Saturday, Nov. 15, the annual Adoption Day event was held at the St. Louis County Courthouse. The juvenile division of the courthouse was reserved for entirely child adoptions all morning to help bring attention to children in foster care.

Foster families participated in Adoption Saturday proceedings, establishing permanency for the children.
